Anyone is allowed to list sought after items (start topics) in this forum. Inquiries will be removed 60 days after the original posting unless otherwise requested.

Please remember that only IPS Members can offer palms and plants for sale. And please do not suggest a vendor unless you are certain they are an IPS Member.

The IPS provides this subforum as a courtesy to all those interested in palms. When discussing new acquisitions, deals, or availability of palms/plants, please refrain from mentioning the names of Big Box stores, nurseries, or other outlets that are not IPS Members. Third parties will be permitted to mention the source, price, or availability of plants, seeds, or garden related products in the course of normal Forum discussions if directly acquired from or offered by IPS Members only. Promotional intent or language by third parties should be avoided.

You agree that by participating in the "Palm Exchange" or otherwise engaging in commerce facilitated by Palm Talk you shall not violate any applicable local, state. federal, or international law or regulation and you are not a party or subject to or bound by any law of any jurisdiction, court or governmental body that is likely to adversely affect any agreements or transactions in which you engage as a result of your participation in Palm Talk.

    Need to start growing a fair quantity of cold hardy (22F or lower) seeds from these genuses, as well as perhaps some others if you have anything interesting. Looking for quantities of 10-2,000 seeds! Syagrus, Jubaea, Parajubaea, Ceroxylon, Archaephoenix, Phoenix, dypsis (especially decipiens), beccariophoenix, caryota, also hybrid seeds (syagrus/butia/jubaea/etc) Yes.. I will even buy a bunch of regular queen seeds! Looking for 'syagrus romanzoffiana var. litoralis' too

    Hi, first of all I apologise if I am not allowed to post here, or ask about seeds in this thread. I am not an IPS member, although I may join soon. Hopefully this thread does not get removed. I have been having a nightmare the past few years trying to obtain certain hybrid seeds. It is still very difficult over here in the UK to source certain palms, especially hybrids. There are a number of types I have been looking out for, but I have not been able to get hold of them.     Plenty of seed offers online, but not so for plants. Innertubes say that It can take 15 years from seed to flowering,... and I don't have that length of time !
