I just recently discovered this climbing palm and am completely fascinated by it. Unfortunately, I have yet to find anyone that carries this specific species of lectocomia. Does anyone have any seeds or seedlings/juvenile plants I could buy from them? Even Jeff at Floribunda doesn't have this unique palm, so I know it has to be pretty rare. Thanks!

Cocoid Pollen

Would love to buy or trade pollen. NOW! or even in the future. Right now I have zone 8b survivors of Silver Queen. Basically what the Rio Grande Texas Valley sells. Maybe they are progeny of 80's survivors? One is the perfect height to pollinate, I see inflorescence coming out, the others are too tall, but I could collect pollen from them. My friend has several Butia as well, but she is afraid of catching diseases from other palms, so that is a bummer. I would like to try any of the compatible species.
