by MASOALA JASON- 4 replies

Looking to purchase #2-5-7 gallon Serenoa repens Silver form. I am in Austin Texas. Anyone know of any sources in Texas to buy this plant? I have seen a few at local nurseries but only in very large containers. Or does anyone know of sources that sell this palm and can ship to Texas, sources that don't require one to buy wholesale amounts of product.

Starting over with my seeds
by earthworm73- 0 replies
Unfortunately my wife threw away all of my palm seeds thinking (hoping) I was done with growing from seed. So I have to start all over again. Most of my seeds were generously donated from various fellow palm enthusiasts so they had meaning other than just being bought from a store. I'm hoping to once again have some palm seeds donated to me from members. I am looking for the following seeds: Sabal Minor (any ecosystem) Sabal Brazoria (or x Texensis?) Sabal Uresana Sabal Louisiana Sabal Birmingham Sabal Blackburniana Trachycarpus Fortunei x Waggie

I'm looking to buy some A. cunninghamiana in Central Florida. 1-7 gal would be ideal. I think I'm pushing the limits on where they can survive long-term so I'll need to get the hardiest variation of cunninghamiana I can find. An Inge Hoffman would be great, but I'd be very surprised to find one here... The feedback I've seen about Illawarra's hasn't been positive enough so that is the one variation I'm not particularly interested in.
