HIPS (Hawaii Island Palm Society) will meet September 23, at 1 pm with a tour of two gardens, first the garden of Matt & Tiffany Rippa and then the garden of Jerry & Cindy Andersen (formerly Ken Foster's place). Expect to see some unusual palms. Any people interested in palms who might happen to be traveling in Hawaii at this time should definitely make an effort to come see these two unique gardens.

The PBPCS will be holding its Spring Sale on Saturday, April 12 and Sunday April 13. The sale is at the Mounts Botanical Garden in West Palm Beach Fla. The hours are: 9-4 on Saturday and 9-3 on Sunday. The garden is on Military trail, between Southern Blvd. and Belvedere Rd. Admission is free during the sale. SUMMER MEETING At our last meeting, it was announced that we would meet at Leu Gardens on or around June 13, 2020. Unfortunately, due to health and safety concerns and Orlando cancelling all indoor meetings through June, we will not be holding an official meeting. A group of members who have reciprocal memberships to Leu Gardens will go that morning to walk the gardens while respecting the social distancing guidelines.
