With all of Bobby's enthusiasm, New York State should have a palm society chapter. Bobby, you should start a chapter as you seem to be "infecting" some of your friends and neighbors with the palm bug. I'm dead serious. Ray

I don’t think any of the Gulf Coast Palm Society officers are on Palm Talk, so I will post their meeting information I received. The spring meeting will be in Cantonment, Florida on Sunday, June 1 beginning at 11:30 am. The last information I have lists the officers as being located in Mobile, Dauphin Island, Loxley and Fairhope Alabama and Pensacola, Cantonment and Panama City Florida. They usually have several vice presidents to cover the large area. They meet four times a year and publish a quarterly newsletter. It’s been a few years since I went to one of their meetings, but they usually have a great auction. If you have any questions, PM me with your e-mail add…

For many, it was their first time seeing some of these gardens. The first garden we went to was Paul Humann who has 2 1/2 acres and has been there 14 years now. There was at least 8 forum members including myself there as well, so please feel free to add your own pictures if you like. Here's Andrea with Paul Humann as we arrived.
