What ever happened to the nice guy that restored Dicks garden? Dicks garden was a mess before this guy took over and replanted everything and put in paths and rocks and tore out tons of crap. This guy spent years working on Dicks yard to bring it to the state that it is in these pics. I was talking with the guy, Jon, I think it is, and he brought in tons and tons of manure and gave Dick a lot of the tropicals that made the garden look like a palm garden. Around his office the guy planted a canna garden that had every color of cannas. He also trimmed all the palms and removed years and years of brown shag. I must admit Dick really let the place decline, especially the house. And it got really bad when that Jim guy crash landed there with his 10 dogs. Everything that was so beautiful was destroyed when I went to see Dick last. Only the trees remain and a reminder of the lush gardens that you see in the pics. I drove by the place and the house was recently torn down with a cyclone fence around the property.
