I have a little batch of seedlings of these and was wondering if they are an entire leaf species [they are now at 1 year old]

or do they mature into a pinnate leaf type.

I can't ask our resident expert as he has flown over to NZ for a week .

Michael in palm paradise,

Tully, wet tropics in Australia, over 4 meters of rain every year.

Home of the Golden Gumboot, its over 8m high , our record annual rainfall.

close up of leaf ..

not as attractive as micholitzii , but still nice .

Got enough variety for an excellent grove planting of different species down in my little rainforest .

What's the new growth like, Michael? You got heaps??? I am crazy about Calyptrocalyx at the moment... and it is supposed to be Scott's thing... I still like licuala though, that won't change. Any photo of the rest of Calyptrocalyx you have?

Colin,

I haven't forgotten you... I will get right on it once I get myself organised.. Very busy and very disorganised lately!!
