My little Chamie geonomiformis has 3 blooms on it. I have not ever had any of my plams in the greenhouse bloom before except the parlor palm, and the bamboo palms in the house.

How long will it take the seeds to form, what color will they be when they are "ready"??

I will try to take a photo later today

If it's your only one, there will be no seeds. :(  You'll need a male plant and a female plant.  Or, if your plant is female, maybe someone can send you pollen.

Cute little palms, they do flower when quite small.

But yes...... you need a pair and the bad news is that you could buy lots of them and get all the one gender, or buy just one extra

and find you get seeds.  As long as the pair flower at the same time.

Gina,

It's a pretty little palm, and some think it's the same as C. tenella and are grouping them together. Anyways, if and when your able to get males and females, pollinate "her" the seeds will turn black when ripe. I have a few C. tenella now holding some seeds. Good luck......
