I love L. australis for its bold and graceful appearance. Being extremely hardy and undemanding are plusses too. Just watch out for those teeth though! Here's a few pictures from this afternoon. This was planted from a five gallon can in 2005 and is about 15 feet tall now.

It's a beauty & you have true reasons to be proud of it!

I'm going to start my 3rd try with some seeds in a couple of weeks as those before didn't germinate.... :( [i don't give up hope even if the seeds source is the same....]

Thats a beauty mate. Wish we could grow them in full sun for that tight stocky look. Are they a pain to transplant?
