Number 1 looks more like a foxtail to me......but I am very poor at IDing from photos....always have been.

I think the first two are two different seed forms of queens, Syagrus romanzzioetc etc. The last one is either Areca catechu or Areca triandra.

Did the palm in the first photo have a crownshaft? I am almost thinking those seeds look like Normanbya.

1st pic is d.lutescens on right & wodyetia on left--look at the red seeds.

Definitely not a Normanbya. Normanbya seed is much larger and Normanbya's are white underneath with more of a neat foxtail appearance. Both are Syagrus for sure, and both IMO are S rommies just different seed forms. Depending on which population in Brazil they came from, this determines their characteristics but they're all S rommies. Here in Perth you have big fatty trunks with thick leaves and thin tall things, and often the seed varies between oblong football shaped seeds to pure round. But they're the same species just a different natural variation.

I'm sorry, those both palm pics are all I have.
