Actinokentia divaricata - I get only two new leaves each year. Planted in heavy shade because of the South Florida heat.

Here's some palm colour and non-palm colour...

Hyophorbe indica...always has this purple colour when it loses a leaf. The flowers are a pale cream but nicely fragrant. This came as seed from Steve in Hawaii...thanks mate!

Two of the "weeds" I have planted with extraordinary deep colors.

A golden Malayan dwarf and a red Tahiti dwarf seedling.
