Here is my contribution to this thread. My Chambeyronia macrocarpa puts out a new leaf four times a year. I look forward to each and every flush of color. It typically lasts about 4-8 days before greening up.

Some beauties here. Seems that we can never get too much of those special displays from our palms particularly when they only last for some days or weeks.

Now I have a couple not shown here before.

This is a Calyptrocalyx pachystachys 'Bedang Dawn Noda Noda'

Pretty wee thing indeed.

Hello, Fiji jim, that´s a beautiful palm! I have four Welfia regia seedlings and the new leaves are just spectacular! I am in the city for a couple of days or I would send some pics...I love this post!
