Here is Plumeria tuberculata flowering. It looks similar to P. obtusa but the flowers have a really sweet scent. It also has more narrow leaves.

Eric, I just picked up a book at Lyon Arboretum called Growing Plumeria in Hawaii and Around The World by Jim Little. It's a great book for all who love Plumeria.

Eric, the first photo is a great example showing the similarities to another member of the Apocynaceae family. Not hard to guess what member I'm referring to.
