If we don't get a substantial amount of rain in Feb-Mar, this coming summer is going to be a disaster.

Temps on the other hand have been quite mild in San Diego. These are readings so far in January from a place just down the hill from me:

We may be going into a wet pattern soon!

Those are very warm max's [nearly 5 degrees warmer than even San Pasqual]. Cristóbal in Tijuana has also observed warm readings. Recorded a mild 59F\ 15C minimum here this morning. On the other hand, that Spring Valley station may be positioned [ie. next to a white wall] that alters values.
