Sorry to cross post, just wanted to ask if the south florida palm society sale is this weekend at Montgomery? If so is anyone planning on going?

Yes, it's this coming up weekend. Not only will you find one of the best selections of palms offered at a sale, but you never know who you might run into. A good example; at this past fall sale last year held at Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Dr. John Dransfield was in town and happened to stroll right through. So, you never know who's in town visiting.

Oh...and I'm going too. :blink:

Sounds like a wild pack of dogs! I've seen them both many times together and working as a team. If you go up against them, you better eat a big breakfast before heading out. :lol: Their good at snatch and grab. Good eyes and very good taste!

I will be there with camera in hand as usual. I hope it will warm up finally and the mood to plant will continue to spread. I got a copy of the SFPS newsletter in the mail earlier today and have scanned and posted the sale list in tropical1's other topic in the For Sale subforum:
