Hi Peachy,

you've got a really nice collection of palms. Many of them I haven't even heard of. Don't be shy and put them in the ground. I plant them often in pots and just wait what happens. If they like it they grow through it and if not you move them to the next spot.

I'm curious what palms you've got a mature ones.

Cheers,

Wolfgang

There you go... aren't you glad I nag you?? LOL. Looking healthy and jungly, just the way I like it :winkie: . What about those favourite palms of mine, Calyptrocalyx?? I thought you had quite a collection by now?

Finally! You really know how to build the suspense, Peachy! The only tragedy here is that we didn't get to see your fine collection sooner. And I can relate to the pot proliferation. I keep trying to get rid of them, but they seem to multiply while I'm sleeping.

Expecting more photos of your larger species!! :)

P.S. I envy your little Dypsis carlsmithii...

Well done Peachy. Your garden is something to be proud of. Your Kerriodoxa looks very much at home in that little spot it's in.

Really fabulous jungle! I love them all but especially the Red Lantania! I really wish I could grow one in the Bahamas, but I'm not sure if there's enough moisture. How much rainfall do you get? Do you rely on rainfall or do you have an irrigation system? Your yard looks like rain forest!

Thanks for the tour!

I spend half my life holding a hose. It's a fairly area here, most of the rain events seem to go around me. The red latans are very drought tolerant that is why I like them. So go for it Susan...!!
