Peach!

TRAGIC?

More like MAGIC!

You have some there that we here in the Land of the La La Lost would love to have, kill to die for, like that Kerriodoxa, and that Licuala for just two.

More pix, dear?

I will trade you...a box of valium for every time I have to battle technology to post a photo. Deal ?

Peachy

Hmm.

Didn't seem like that much of a battle, given all the pix you've already so (apparently gleefully) posted.

I don't have valium . . . .

I agree with Wolfgang.....some unusual palms you got there Peachy. Did you have difficulty in finding alot of those species, or are they available from box stores or local nurseries? I noticed that Wal has a different selection than you....is this due more to climate/zone or local availability? Regardless, nice garden and thanks for sharing.

Thank you David. A lot of my palms took a bit of hunting and a lot waiting before I found them. I seem to like the ones that a bit different to run of the mill species. I don't know what other people grow here, I have never seen any other palm gardens, apart from the botanic gardens.

Hi Peachy,

happy birthday! I know I'm late but it's winter, right?

I've got a feeling that you want to introduce Afrikaans as a second official language in this forum. Not a bad idea maybe this would attract more Boers to the forum. They used to plant a lot...

Anyway, I'm happy if I can follow your humour in English and so shall it be.

Peachy,

Very nice! You kind of sneaked up on us all. You have a great selection, and probably quickly running out of room. I see some nice areas that would make good sitting areas, and/or hang a hammock up. I think your ready to lead the way with a palm tour through the garden. Good to see your having so much fun.....
