Here's a few more I took this morning, it's great to have my jungle at this time of year (In Oz), and to stroll around very early with birds singing and no vehicle noises, well not many anyhow.

Hi Jay

This is the question. At the moment I have a few species gathering at a section of the fence but they won't screen it completely. I have a pathway (still grass) that hugs the fence for a short distance, that won't change. Can't get too close as the fronds will fall over there.  One of those things that I just can't do too much about. No more golden canes for me, I have my stocko clumps already. The little old lady has moved out and whoever comes in next could be interesting......not.  I dream of owning the neighbour's properties on either side of me ( I bet a lot of us do the same thing).

Very nice jungle you have Wal. Makes me sick to remember I live where I do.

Zac

Hey Zac, I only started this jungle in my late 40s, you can do it down the track someplace. You gotta move of course and I'm sure you will.

Hi Robbin

How you doin' way over yonder. That fan palm is the Latania lontaroides, also known as "Red Latan Palm".

I have one of each of the Latanias and the red is the best and fastest grower of the three for me.

Hi, that is Adonidia merrilli. Not grown so great, but good enough for me knowing that it hails from the Phillipines.
