I discovered this little gem growing in the garden while looking for a spot to plant a Pigafetta.

Based on what trees are seeding in the general area I suspect that its a Livistona rotundifolia.

THe variegation, though prominent is only on this one leaf for now.

I hope variegation appears on the later leaves as well.

THere is a likelyhood though that variegation may not appear again
