Finally got some plants moved to the new deck, and Shogun has sent a nice spike, pretty enough in it's way, but i took the time to look a bit closer into the cup and saw the colours in the most recent leaves...subtle, but a nice hidden bonus!

That's gorgeous, Rusty! I can't seem to keep a Chantinii alive here.

Gonzer..thanks, it's a bit stretched, think it would have done better with a bit more light..... i have about 1100 sq ft under cloth here in 3 different locations, and it saw more shade where i placed it...

Gina, thanks...i was surprised that i didn't lose all my chantinii's this winter, but they did very well, despite being wimps...i say all, i only have seven CV's and crosses, hardly a collection...but sit tight, if you make a trip to the isle maybe you can stop by and get a pup or two....

Ari, i am sure i am preaching to choir here, but there is a cousin to Shogun....Samuri (sp., probably) is the variegated form, and both are very pretty.

Regards to all

Rusty
