Pedro, You implied deception when he told officers that he was going 28 MPH.Forensic experts have already been to the scene to verify that he indeed was going 28 MPH.The only item issumatic with the forensics is that this speed was established 7.5 yards from his abrupt halt.

Kim, It is clear you do not know much bout "farmin". That is called "plowin".
