This is a relatively tall skinny Palm at Ann Norton. The first picture is it's trunk and it is hard to see:

That's quite a tall slim palm. It may be a Ptychosperma of some sort. It has features of P. caryotoides except the leaflets are irregularly spaced. An Areca that slim and tall would need to have stilt roots.

My best guess is that it's a Ptychosperma hybrid or lesser known species.
