I believe that's australis. I have both. Both are about that size as the one pictured. The nitida has a little red petiole color still with a blush even at the hastula, the frond points are a little more narrow, a little less shiny and more rigid. I also notice that the fronds on nitida want to cone a bit. My australis looks exactly like yours.

I made a mistake by saying mine was nitida. Mine is a rigida. My bad. I always get those two names mixed up. Nitida doesn't do the red thing like rigida and mariae.

tough call as a juvenile palm, as adults they're separated on fruit color (nitida are glossy jet black, australis dull brown/black), also once nitida ages the frond tips droop alal Liv decora. Also FWIW australis fall over in hurricane force winds, nitida stands tall. As juveniles I've noticed ligules on australis, no ligules on nitida. Which pic below looks like your palm?

Thanks for all!

So, my Livistona is australis! Tala, your pics are very good and conclusive.

I never saw Livistona nitida in Brazil but my palm leaves seems a little different of old Livistona australis leaves that I see here. I got confused.

Thank you so much!
