Coccothrinax and bamboo ID's

I am not certain what type of bamboo and I am not sure what these palms are. I know the palms are Coccothrinax but not certain if the borhidiana is really that and the other Coccothrinax I don't know what it is. Thanks

The first pic looks like C.borhidiana. No idea on the second one.

All of the black bamboo's I have have (B.lako, D. asper 'Betung Hitam' , G. atroviolacea) put up green culms that turn black. When the plants were young, it took quite a while for the culms to turn black.
