Beautifal palm with thick, dark, glossy leaflets and zebra stripe petioles. There are about a dozen several-year-old plants in tall treepots. $19 each. Local pickup in Oceanside only. 760-271-1876

Grown in heated greenhouse with minimum temp above 57 degrees F. No humidity control so conditions have been hot and dry at times.

I would love to have a zebrina, never seen one around here, will it survive in N. san diego ( fallbrook) ?

I have one of the snake and Zebra, both sat out last winter (but was mild) and kept growing... I think with the right conditions, I could pull one off.

i'm not aware of any growing in the ground in the san diego area.....anyone got one?
