water temperature in summer is a little more warm, but these beaches are deep and the water is no too hot. This area is very suitable for diving.Unfortunately i found many spots of oil on the rocks, the Mediterranean is a very contaminated sea...

Mikey, some years it was 31-32 F but is rare.

Thanks for sharing these nice vistas including Chamaerops in a natural setting. I really like the type called Chamaerops argentata 'Cerifera' - very glaucous (silver/blue). I have a nice one growing in our garden here in Kona, Hawaii.

Hawaii Island (Big Island), leeward coast, 19 degrees N. latitude, south Kona mauka at approx. 380m (1,250 ft.) and about 1.6 km (1-mile) upslope from ocean.

No record of a hurricane passing over this island (yet!).

Summer maximum rainfall - variable averaging 900-1150mm (35-45") - Perfect drainage on black volcanic rocky soil.

Nice sunsets!
