At what point does the beheading go from saving the palm to becoming a metaphor for 18th century French nobility?

I'm deathly afraid of ever needing to attempt this and being a little too aggressive.

I've beheadded some stuff too, the all survived. I sometimes just behead stuff for no reason, just to watch it grow back

I do some experiments and learning in my garden with palms so you don't have to experience the pain! Look at my old threads to find various observations and tips!
