I guess I will need more hints? It is really not that hard its just that the photo does not give enough clues. That is a very long leaf and the palm only puts out a few a year and holds a few compared to most.

That is a cocosoid palm, Coccothrinax maybe, species? Kinda short so the short flower complex for sure....you know the one.
