My Ficus cyathistipula is growing into a monster! This tree grew into the ground 5 years ago through the holes at the bottom of the pot. I used to keep it at about 6ft/2m tall for many years. It's one of the easiest Ficus species to grow...it needs no water and grows very quickly.

Here's another one planted into the ground from a 10in/25cm cutting 2 1/2 years ago. It's now about 9ft/2.7m tall.

I really like this Ficus. We have one about 5ft tall I planted out this summer. It was grown from a cutting from a specimen at Fairchild.

This Ficus grows very fast here...I can't imagine how fast it would grow there in Florida (especially once established).

This Ficus is one of the easiest to grow from cuttings. I've put cuttings directly into the ground and they grow very easily.
