Dave, Ralph's place is the most amazing palm house I have ever seen--I love when a new thread with pics of his place, is posted! I've shown my whole family and am even trying to model my own place after it. How long has he been there? some of those palms look to be a good 30 plus years old, no?

He's been there since the early 1960s.

One of his kings was planted in 1964.
