someday soon people are going to begin to appreciate the true beauty of dioons...not to mention the fact that many can be grown in full sun and use very little water.

Yes agreed! These are in full sun and they are NOT on any irrigation. Mother nature waters these Dioons. They are also very cold, salt, and wind tolerant....
