The Palm Beach Palm & Cycad Society will be holding its annual picnic on Saturday Sept. 8 at

Ruth Salenbach's garden.Attendees are asked to bring a covered dish and or desert. Please bring

Misc. plants for our giant fund raiser auction.The gate will be open at 830am. I will be leading a tour at 10am.

Lunch will be about 12 noon, followed by our famous auction.For those of you that have never attended,

The address is 6285 S. Military Trail, Lake Worth, Fl. 33463. This is located between Hypaluxo Road

and Lantana Road, on the west side of Military Trail. You do not have to be a member to attend. This is an

opportunity to see Ruth wonderful garden which is about 6 acres with lots of different plants.

I forgot to mention, you need to bring a chair to sit in as Ruth's chairs have outlive their usefulness

and have been discarded.
