Hello, i bought a archontophoenix cunninghamiana few months ago when i recieved it 2 leaves were snap from packaging but it's pushed out a new leaf but the leaf bases of fronds that snapped are going brown at once i was wondering if this will causes damage seeing as it's still only small plant, will it be ok? may seem like stupid question but not to sure pics below of it

Looks fine to me...you can trim these brown bits off..

Keep the water up to it and it will be fine!
