I cultivated this seeds labeled as Rhapis multifida.

The 8 plants that I obtained shows variabilty and at least 3 different kind of fans.

What do you think about my Rhapis sp?

Alberto, I have a single R. multifida clump with 20+ stems and the leaves vary. I went out to take a look this morning. Some only go less than 180 degrees around the hastula, some almost 270. The vast majority of my leaves have 22-28 leaflets. The lowest number I counted was 9 and the highest was 36. And that's on a single multi-trunk specimen. Yours looks like a R. multifida to me.

I just took a look at mine and echo what Alex was saying...Lot's of variability in the fronds. It is my favorite Rhapis at the moment. Here is a pic of mine:

Rhapis multifida is my favourite of all the Rhapis species. I have 'Jade Empress'.

I would say multifida as well. There is quite a bit of variation in the leaves as you can see with your photo. Some leaflets are thinner than others and those are the most attractive, to me.
