I would say yes, are you Southern Cal? Perth and SoCal have similar climates, all of those palms grow fine here.

Hi Peter, thanks for the reply, I live on the East side of Escondido CA, I don't get frost during winter time thanks to a big hill kinda protecting the house from it. The neighbours around me they got lawns and fruit trees damaged, I have also citrus trees and they did pretty well!!

Any special considerations I need to take for these seeds?

Yes, a loooooong time ago I was able to germinate : armata, capitata, foxtail, and cidp seeds, but left everything when I moved from tijuana to USA.
