Hello,

I have kind of small problem with chat.

Everytime I write there and someone responds my chat window jumps to the half of the conversation and I have to scroll down everytime.

Thanks

Andrew

I use Chrome with no issues at all. Don't think it is a browser issue.

I hate to give the standard "pass the buck" answer - but if you are the only one experiencing this problem, then it has to be an issue on your end.

Try the typical diagnostics like another browser, another computer, clearing cookies/cache, updating software (OS, browser, any anti-virus/malware), etc. The easiest thing to do is log in using a friend's computer (using their ISP) and see if the problem persists there. If it does, then get back to me as it could be an issue with your account - if it works there, then it has to be an issue with your setup.

Thanks to those of you who help make this a fun and friendly forum.
