Copernicia prunifera in treepot

I'm trying to find new homes for palms I have no room to plant. This is my last Copernicia prunifera left from a group I dug up as 1-leafers at a Fort Myers palm park. I found them directly beneath the mother palm, which was identified as C. prunifera. In the Discussion Forum I requested identity confirmation from Copernicia experts. Consensus was that it was C. prunifera, possibly C. alba or a hybrid. As the mother was plainly marked and no other Copernicias were around I'm inclined to accept the ID. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of the mother but I'll try to take one if I ever come across her again.

I would guess this seedling is about 2 years old, maybe a little more. It is still at strap leaf stage but those leaves are covered by tiny spines that snag at anything that gets near it - you feel like you're being put through a chees grater.

Before the photos are the statistics
