Hi all,

My wife & I are having a giant party at our house on SATURDAY, June 24th - It's gonna be a blast - Barbecue, Live Music, Tropical Drinks, Dancing on the Deck, Games, etc..  

All Palm Friends from the IPS are welcome - PM me for Directions. This is a beautiful time of year to Visit Long Island / NYC with temps in the 80's/60's

It was RIDICULOUS..... Way more people showed up than I even dreamed of. We had monsoon rain and I had no intentions of cancelling the party, so I spent the better part of 2 days completely enclosing my backyard with tents - it was ALOT of work - but I'm glad I did.. We had 50 people on the Invite list and over 85 showed up. I'll have the pics soon.

AVERAGE TEMPS

Summer Highs  : 85-90f/day,  68-75f / night

Winter Lows     : 38-45f/day,   25-35f / night

Extreme Low    : 10-20f/day,    0-10f / night   but VERY RARE
