Everybody welcome, The farm will be hosting the march 17th meeting of the south Texas palm society.

Lunch and drinks are on us, bbq etc... so bring your appetite. we will have the feed and all at my dads place and an auction to benefeit the palm societys botanical garden at my house which is just around the corner from my parents place. who knows who you may see lurking about at a function like this!! I cannot promise but I am trying to twist some of the houstonians to venture south for the weekend. it should be alot of fun.

I just joined the PSST, just happens that spring break starts that weekend we're headed to West Texas to see the folks.  Sure would like to make it.  I plan on trying to make it down that way before long.

Map Quest puts it at 22 hours, 24 minutes.  Now that is a drive.

anybody showing up on monday the 17th of 2008 will be given a tour of the farm, followed by lunch and a trip to a local optometrist/psychologist your choice, adult beverages will be available to those who qualify!
