Here are a few places that have palms in Maryland. This is a pool company that just put up (Queen?) palms this year. If you look close there are windmills that line the property just past the edge of the grass. I would guess there are 20 of them that are 5+ feet tall. They have been there for a few years but the tops are all brown after this past winter.

Here is a small nursery that just got its first load the other day and have more on their way. They typically have palms available all summer. There are more on the other side but I couldn't get a picture.
