Peter, hard to tell for sure from that shot if the leaves are glaucous or just plain green. Either way I would recommend you ask the same question on the EPS site.

UK zone 8b/9a. No heavy frosts. Occasional -6c. Dull wet winters. Cool summers.

Might be odorata or even yatay. There are members on EPS that know about Butias better than I do, should you not get a clear answer here.
