Philippe, till a scale is here to jump in the pic,( on an overcast day) I will very happily post this pic which Ed has put on Palmpedia in the Dyp J Park section

This pic was taken around 6 mnths ago with Candice ( from France) for scale .

That's a great looking canaliculata! :) The one Kim has in her garden must be about the same size - I wonder if they could be from the same seed batch? I bought the one that Kim has from Floribunda in 2006 as a nice sized 1 G plant. I'm guessing it was probably germinated a couple of years prior to that. In other words, right around ten years old now.

Fantastic Pete! Mine is about half that size and I hope it keeps rambling along..

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

Thanks all for the comments, I enjoy posting pics.

Bo and Kim, mine would be from a much earlier batch but the smaller 1 in the pic with the bucket at base was bought in 2007 in a 4" from Rosebudfarm and this batch is faster and a much lighter green.

Kim, I remember the pic you posted just after planting it just a few yrs ago, and your growth "far outstrips" ours.
