Cycas Revoluta problems

Every Cycas Revoluta I've planted eventually does this, any help would be appreciated.

Manganese deficiency is my guess. Dump some manganese sulfate and next flush should be good.

This one has also just flushed and has some browning occurring.

I dug one of these problem Revolutas up a couple of years ago and planted it in a friends garden and it is looking perfect now.

Blue moth damage? Not sure of scientific name but all cycad around my part of the world are super prone to it. Lavae sucking nutrients out of new growth?
