The first one looks like a Ptychosperma....possibly microcarpum?

The second, I'd also agree is Areca triandra

I would agree Ptychosperma spp. What species, hard to say, partly in due to it's growing conditions. It reminds me of P. ambiguum. I'm pretty confident it's not P. microcarpum because it doesn't show group leaflets.
