It occured to me for the first time that I have simultanuously seeds from various Brahea spss. Those seeds, depending on the sp, vary also in size. So thought to post pictures of all available seeds together and a scale for better perception. I regret only that I did not have available at home a still not germinated seed from Brahea armata, though I habe hundreds of them in my garden. It looks like that at least Brahea armata's seeds swell as they germinate, because same seeds looked considerably smaller before germination in comparison to the one from Brahea aculeata.
