This swing can go a "lot" higher, I have to remove a branch thats stops the long hanging rope advancing any higher, my kids enjoy it :)

Aww the simple pleasure of a swing. I thought teenagers were all plugged into their appliances these days? It is nice to see some still enjoy the outdoors.

Thanks Ante, the property certainly has/is a beautiful spot to raise 5 children and 1 granddaughter , many areas for them to go off and explore/ run wild/ swim and play etc

Pip, they all have their Ipads, computer games, f/books. Instagram etc but still all love the outdoors incl the beach which we go to very regular and they all enjoy and love the freedom and space here on the property.

Jim, the rope is tied high to an Enterolobium, you can see the thin branch which is in the way @ present and needs removing, a few thin branches have grown where a large limb was removed a good 18 mnths ago, when the thin branch is removed the swing will reach "great heights" :)

Its early overcast and lightly raining, sorry the pics aren't to good.

Pete.

That's a palm that I have never had.

I need to obtain one.

Wow Pete, what a perfect combination - you get to play with all your plants and your kids enjoy playing amongst them. Looks like paradise to me! :)
