Areca vidaliana

So I've got some 3 gallon Areca vidaliana's that I'd like to thin out. There seems to be some confusion on this name from what I've seen with both a large catechu type Areca and a smaller triandra type being called this. The palms I have for sale are from the large catechu type and are fairly indistinguishable from catechu. The most important difference seems to be cold hardiness though. The palm these seeds came from is in a garden in Davie, FL and went through the bad winters we had about 5 years ago unscathed while numerous catechu's nearby it in the garden died. The other major distinction between this palm and catechu is the size of the fruit. The fruits on vidaliana are about the size of tennis balls as opposed to the golf ball sized fruits of catechu.

Anyway I'm selling these for $20 each local pick up only. PM me for any questions or more details.

Thanks
