The following are pictures of various palms that are affected by some pest. What is it? Needs treatment? How to treat? I am currently just hosing off when I see large build ups. Appears on the underside of the leaves. Thanks for the help!

The large white fluffy ones are Cryptolaemus & are natural predators called "Mealy Bug Destroyers". (photos #2 + 4) They are dining on your mealy bugs, but I see scale also. Treating the scale with pesticides will also kill the natural predators. If not too bad, maybe a strong jet from a hose?
