My concrete "tiki" with a concrete palm (queen) and a nice new Dypsis pembana in the middle.  I need more palms and tikis!  Nice carvings Josh.

You got skills Josh. They look very cool. I wish I could have gotten a piece of the Palm Desert coconut trunk for you.

Very nice tikis! I always was intrigued by the artistic skills of the carvers. We use to sell Sabal logs to them but very few are around this area anymore. One of them around Gainesville was a master of the chainsaw, I forget his name...

I had no Idea I could carve until I roughed out my first tiki. I think you should go for it.

Nice carvings for sure!

Carl, Looks like a Easter island moai. Did you but it from tiki broker at oasis?

Wow those look great! What tools do you use? I've tried carving a couple sabal logs with a chainsaw and they did not look anywhere near that good.

Nope, bought mugs clothes and.....purses.:indifferent:  I got the tiki at Armstrong's about 12 years ago.  You know I will get more carved tikis in my collection, though!:D

My wife would be in a state of panic seeing me try to carve with a chainsaw.
