Can anyone identify this palm in the attached photos?  There were actually two of these trees planted side by side, so I took photos of both of them.  Thank you.

That is a Syagrus schizophylla. Nice palm.

Lived in Cape Coral, Miami, Orlando and St. Petersburg Florida.
